Positive, Practical Training for Pets and Their People

Whether you’re starting fresh with a new puppy, working through behavior issues, or just want to teach your dog some good manners, we’re here to help with services for pet training in Warsaw. Certified trainer Amy McPhail offers both virtual and in-person training options to make it easy and convenient to get the support you need.

Online Training You Can Do From Home

No need to load your pup in the car or rearrange your whole day. Amy offers one-on-one virtual training sessions you can do from the comfort of your home. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with internet and a webcam. Sessions are tailored to your goals and your pet’s unique needs.

Amy can help with things like:

• Pre- and post-adoption advice (even helping you choose the right pet!)
• Teaching polite behaviors like sit, down, stay, coming when called, and settling on a mat
• Solving common issues like chewing, digging, or jumping
• Puppy basics: biting, potty training, crate training, and more
• Addressing challenges like separation anxiety with practical solutions

In-Clinic or In-Home Training Sessions

You can choose to meet with Amy at our clinic or in the comfort of your own home. In-home sessions include a small travel fee ($0.75 per mile).

In-Clinic Pricing:

• First session (60–75 minutes): $60
• First session + 1 follow-up (45 minutes): $90
• Three 45-minute sessions: $175
• Five 45-minute sessions: $240

In-Home Pricing:

• First session (60–75 minutes): $90
• First session + 1 follow-up (45 minutes): $150
• Three 45-minute sessions: $280
• Five 45-minute sessions: $390

Training Classes at the Clinic

All group classes are taught by Amy, a Karen Pryor Certified Trainer, in our community room at the clinic. Classes are fun, supportive, and designed to help you and your dog learn together in a relaxed setting.

Puppy Kindergarten – $80
This 4-week class is perfect for puppies and new pet parents! We’ll focus on early socialization, building confidence, and covering important topics like biting, jumping, and enrichment. We’ll also begin teaching foundational behaviors using positive reinforcement. A clicker and treats are included with the fee.

Foundation Skills Course – $123
In this 5-week course, you’ll learn how your dog thinks and how to make training fun. We’ll work on leash walking, sit, down, focus, recall, and more. It’s a great follow-up to Puppy Kindergarten or a solid start for any age dog. Includes a clicker.
