I took my dog here for the first time last Friday. I have to say, this clinic is the most attentive I’ve ever been to and they go above and beyond to make sure your dog is comfortable. In the exam room they had someone playing with him and giving him treats to make him comfortable and kept doing so as he was getting his exam/shots. They were so friendly and thorough and I am definitely impressed. Best vet I’ve visited in the last 5 years since having my dog. 🐾

We bring all of our animals here. The veterinarian we see is a shining star! She has blue hair..I wish I remembered her name. We love her so much! She gave us information on our animals that our previous vet failed to tell us. PLEASE BRING YOUR FUR BABIES HERE! ❤️ They truly care about the animals and you can see that 100%! My cavaliar need emergency care while staying at our Lake house. Dr Carla took him in immediately and treated him with care and affection and affordablely. He is known diabetic and only 4 yrs old. The staff were all wonderful and the lobby is beautiful

I have been to every vet in town (and surrounding areas) throughout the past year and this place takes the cake. I was a bit hesitant about going to Lake City as a young adult who does not have much money to spare. Their prices were actually pretty comparable to other vets in the area and the quality of their services made it worth every single penny. Dr. Carlton listened, took my cat’s health concerns seriously (even though they were minor), and immediately took action to determine a cause. The team proactively communicated and explained what they were seeing every single step of the way, which is something I have not experienced with other local vet clinics. Not only did I feel confident and supported as a pet-owner, it felt like they truly cared about my cat and actually wanted to help.
