If you pick up or drop off outside of these time frames, you will be charged an additional FULL day of boarding for each outstanding drop off or pick up time. Ex: If you need to drop off at 8am and pick up at 1pm – you will be charged 2 extra days of boarding.
PREMIUM CANINE LODGING
Our luxury suites offer glass doors, plenty of room to stretch and their own personal televisions. There is a large fenced-in astro turf yard for clean, premium pet play. Pets from the same family can stay together in a suite providing they meet certain criteria.

We also offer Day Stay for your furry friends. Whether you want your pet to spend the day with us while you work, while you are out shopping for the day or have contractors in your home, give us a call to reserve your spot. $26.75 per pet per day.
If you want your beloved pet to have an extra special stay, we offer Pamper Sessions which will add extra, exclusive one on one time with one of our Kennel Technicians. They will play their favorite game or simply sit with them if that is what they love. $8.00 per pamper session.
PREMIUM FELINE LODGING
We also cater to our feline friends! We have large, multi-level cat condos in their own quiet, dog-free area. All condos have a window view of the butterfly garden and have separate litter box and feeding areas.

Why is our boarding facility different from others?
- Each pet has an individual suite, we have no cages
- Each suite has a TV for those pets who enjoy watching
- Each suite has an Individual air intake to minimize the spread of disease
- Relaxing dog calming music and pheromones are diffused throughout
- Astro-turf outdoor play area for clean, premium play
- Limited spaces available which allows maximum individual attention
- We can do optional pamper sessions with your pet during their stay

Does my pet need to be up-to-date on vaccines to board?
Yes, we require the following vaccinations to be current. You must provide records upon check-in or an exam with necessary vaccinations will be given during their stay and charged to their account.

Does the boarding information form need to be filled out every time my pet boards?
Yes, the boarding information sheet is required with each stay (even if the last stay was recent). You can find this form on our website to complete prior to arriving or you may complete it upon arrival for check-in.
Do I need to bring food for my pet?
We encourage you to bring your pet’s normal food as sudden diet changes may cause diarrhea or other issues. You are required to pre-package each meal in a separate plastic bag to ensure we are feeding your pet the exact amount you desire at each meal. Each pet has their own storage space but we are not able to accommodate large bags of food or storage containers.
My pet takes medication daily, how will this work while boarding?
Please bring all medications that need to be administered with your pet. If your pet prefers taking their meds with peanut butter, cheese or pill pockets ect, be sure to bring these items along as well. If we provide pill pockets, it will be charged to your account. Our boarding staff will review all meds with you upon check-in and keep a medication log.
Do I need to bring bedding, blankets or food/water bowls?
We have everything your pet needs as far as these items are concerned, so no need to bring anything. If you feel that your pet would be more comfortable with a special bed or blanket you are welcome to bring it.
How many times per day will my dog be let out?
Your dog will be let out a MINIMUM of 4 times per day. The first let out is between 6-7 AM and the final let out between 8-9 PM.
Will my dog get to play with other dogs?
We do put play groups together for dogs whose personality and play preferences match.
Am I able to tour the boarding facility?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer tours during COVID-19.
